It's becoming a cliche I know, but my internet's down for the n-th time.. As has become the tradition, I called Vodafone and gave it to them and they have responded with a discount, which I rejected! I will however exercise my RIGHT of not paying the bill for unrendered services. Moral of the story: bribing me won't make me forgive your bad service..
